Rental Policies

1. No Smoking (an ash tray is located outside on the patio). Evidence of smoking inside will cost an extra $200 cleaning fee and will be charged to your credit card.

2. A small dog under 25 lbs. is allowed and must be pre-approved. (Call for details.)  Evidence of an unapproved pet is a $200 charge.

3. Person renting the condo must be 25 years of age. Occupancy limits must be respected and no teenagers are allowed to be alone in the condo at any time! A fee of $50 per person per night will be charged plus tax over the limit for unauthorized guests.

4. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required upon reservation.

5. State and local taxes are extra per the location of the condo.

7. Cancellation and refund policy -- All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of 10% of the total bill. For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be given.

8. Check-in time is at 4 PM and Check-out time is at 11 AM on the day of departure.

9. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors and their peace and properties!
